At SO South Tees, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately. Due to the customized nature of our products, we offer exchanges only under specific conditions as outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept exchanges solely in cases where SO South Tees has made an error, such as:
- Incorrect sizes provided compared to the confirmed order.
- Wrong items shipped.
Note: Items not meeting these conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Timeframe for Requests
- All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product in writing to info@sosouthtees.com
Return Shipping Costs
- If an exchange is approved, return shipping costs are fully covered by SO South Tees.
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds as all products are customized with client information and logos, making them non-resellable.
- Replacements: In the event of an error by SO South Tees, we will promptly process a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost.
Exclusions
Certain items may not qualify for returns or exchanges, such as:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
